Hi, I’m Doris, a licensed mental health counselor and EMDR certified provider serving clients in Florida and New York, and the founder of Diverse Guidance & Wellness.

I’m passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive using evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your story and move toward healing.
